#35 Virtual Assistants and their importance in our business with Amber Gauthier
Are you drowning with your “to do” list? Listen amiguita, asking for help is a sign of strength not weakness. We’re all capable, but far more productive when we focus our energy on our strengths and delegate things we can. Just because we CAN do it all doesn’t mean we should. We explored one of my favorite topics in this week’s episode of Latinas Empowering Latinas, ‘Virtual Assistants and their importance in our business’ – of course I’m talking about delegating!
Having a virtual assistant was a game changer for my practice. This week we’re talking with Amber Gauthuier about her agency for Virtual Assistants and her experience as one herself. Sometimes we don’t know what we need, but when your business is reaching a point where you’re feeling overwhelmed in areas outside of your expertise, it might be time to start your search for a virtual assistant in the areas where you’re struggling. This episode is a game changer for those determined (but struggling) to run a successful business without burning out.
