My name is Janessa Borges, I’m a first generation Latina from Miami, y si I’m Cuban.

I’m a Latina entrepreneur, licensed therapist, business strategist, and mindset coach devoted to supporting you in creating the business & life you’ve been dreaming of.

Miami native, first generation Cuban-American, with an Ivy – league education determined to shake up the world. I’ve been referred to as a “force of nature” who is a “non-stop go-getter.” Failure doesn’t exist in my world, only opportunities to learn and grow. I’m obsessed with thinking outside the box, and obstacles for me are more exciting opportunities (really more like adrenaline pumping & thrilling) to overcome.

If it exists, I’ll find a way to break through and I’ll teach you how to do the EXACT. SAME. THING.

When I started on this journey, the majority of the leaders in the industry were men, and the women who taught me to scale my business were Caucasian.

There was absolutely no-one who looked like me, sounded like me, or knew where I came from. Not one other single person knew all the barriers I had to break or all the struggles I went through to be a successful emprendedora.

While I had Gloria Estefan and J-Lo as role models, my goal was not to be an actress or singer. So, what I want to gift our comunidad are other mujeres who look like us, sound like us and know our stories. Latinas who are trying to break glass ceilings all over the world.
