#52 Maximizing Community Building with Mighty Networks
Welcome back to “Latinas Empowering Latinas!”
This week, I discuss my vision for creating a community where Latinas can collaborate and connect genuinely. I wanted a platform that was robust enough for genuine connections and collaboration, unlike many communities that focus on pitching businesses.
I explored two options for hosting the community: Kajabi and Mighty Networks. While Kajabi offered a one-stop-shop for various business needs, Mighty Networks provided a visual platform where members could engage and connect organically. I ultimately chose Mighty Networks for its ability to send alerts directly to members and create a genuine and collaborative environment.
Latinas Empowering Latinas is back for a brand new season! Plus, I will now be uploading video versions of the podcast to the brand new Latinas Empowering Latinas YouTube channel.
This is a space where we focus on collaboration, support, and breaking glass ceilings.
If you don’t know me yet, I’m Janessa Borges, a first-gen Latina therapist, business strategist, and mindset coach for Latina entrepreneurs. Join me as we create a vibrant community of empowered Latinas. Don’t forget to subscribe and follow to stay updated on new videos, podcasts and surprises.

Resource: Are you ready to stop playing small and scale your business?
I’m an expert in reading people, and extracting what you WANT to say and communicate it clearly and effectively to those you want to connect with. (Like a translator)
I put all the puzzle pieces together and help you apply it to your business.
One of the challenges in all the podcasts you’ve listened to, or the expensive programs and coaching you’ve paid for, is that you just didn’t quite get the success you were hoping for.
You didn’t have the individualized help you needed to apply it, or the coaches you have worked with just didn’t “get you.” Right?
The best programs work BUT you need a side-kick to help you apply all you’ve learned (and all you’re missing) so you get the results YOU need!
Even with all of their secret sauces, magic recipes, and playbooks you seem to be missing something…the secret ingredient to make it work for YOU.
My gift is seeing past where you’re stuck. I can see your vision, pull it out of your heart and your mind and create results.
I make sure your gifts are highlighted in a way that speaks to your ideal client, so they say “I want to work with HER!”
